    No. I am a Certified eDiscovery Specialist, a certified Relativity user, and a non-attorney specialist qualified under California Business and Professions Code §6450, with 20 years of litigation case management experience. My expertise falls into two categories: one is the technical and defensible execution of eDiscovery workflows, and the other is work-product support, including drafting and fact-checking. In both, I work with a clear understanding of where each piece fits within the larger case strategy.

    All services are performed in compliance with applicable standards in state and federal courts.

  • I have extensive trial experience in both federal and state courts and arbitrations across trade secret disputes, complex construction defects, securities, employment defense, competition class actions, internal investigations, and other high-stakes business disputes.

    eDiscovery, short for electronic discovery, is the process of locating, protecting, gathering, processing, evaluating, and producing electronically stored information (ESI) for use in legal matters. This data often includes emails, mobile device content, internal chat platforms, and other digital records.

    I work on matters involving large volumes of ESI and hard copy evidence, often millions of documents, ensuring data is organized within a structured, accessible system for legal team review. As cases move toward trial, I translate that data into evidence and witness materials, ensuring it is accurate, controlled, and ready to support legal arguments.

    I treat eDiscovery as fully integrated with traditional discovery, motion practice, and trial strategy, particularly in civil litigation. Every operational decision is driven by the knowledge and purpose of the next step.

  • No. While I have hands-on experience with trial presentation tools like Trial Director, I typically connect teams with experienced "Hot Seat" specialists nationwide.

    Depending on availability, I support trial teams with witness preparation, real-time evidence tracking, testimony logging, and post-trial evidence management.

  • My focus is on substantive litigation support and discovery operations. I do not handle routine ECF filings, Bluebook citation work, or formatting tasks such as Tables of Authorities. As an independent consultant, I do not maintain a Westlaw or Lexis license. I review the applicable court rules so my work conforms, and I verify every fact against the evidentiary record..
